Case file #001 · A token on Arc
Holders get the goods.
Every $NARC trade tips the narc 5%. Every 30 minutes he turns the tip money into Arc's three biggest tokens and hands them to every holder, in proportion to their bag. Nothing to stake, nothing to claim, no questions asked.
- Lives on Arc
- Three tokens, a third each
- Picked by market cap
- A handover every 30 min
Exhibit A · The racket
Three moves. Then again. Then again.
The narc doesn't do staking dashboards or claim buttons. Trades pay a tax, the tax buys tokens, the tokens land in your wallet. That's the whole racket.
-
Every trade tips the narc
Each buy and sell of $NARC leaves 5% behind in the treasury, in USDC. Yes, even yours. Especially yours.
-
The narc goes shopping
Every 30 minutes the treasury spends what it has on Arc's three biggest tokens by market cap, a third each. No favourites, no insider picks.
-
The handover
The haul is split across every $NARC wallet in proportion to its bag and lands there on its own. Keep at least 0.01% of the supply and you're on the list.
All of it lives on the chain, and the narc keeps every receipt.
Exhibit B · The suspects
Arc's most wanted
Three suspects, picked by market cap. Every handover is split between them, a third each. When a bigger fish turns up, the poster changes.

Exhibit C · The handovers
Like clockwork
Every 30 minutes the treasury turns its tip money into the three tokens above and hands them to every wallet holding at least 0.01% of $NARC. Each handover is a real transfer you can look up.

Exhibit D · Background check
Run a background check
Drop an address in the box and the narc pulls its file: how much $NARC it holds, whether it makes the list, and where to see everything it has been handed.
Exhibit E · The real one
One address. Trust nothing else.
This is the $NARC contract on Arc mainnet, character for character. Anyone waving a different address at you isn't a narc, they're a scammer, so copy it from here and nowhere else.
Contract not deployed yet. The narc is still lacing up his sneakers.
Exhibit F · Questions
The interrogation room
Everything people ask the narc, answered under oath. Well, under a cartoon oath.
Is this serious?
The cartoon isn't. The code is. Every drop is an on-chain transfer from the treasury wallet that you can verify on the explorer, txid by txid.
Do I need to claim anything?
No. Hold $NARC in a normal wallet and the tokens show up on their own. Contract wallets and exchange wallets are excluded, so keep it in a wallet you control.
Which tokens do I get?
The three biggest tokens on Arc by market cap, one third each. The list follows the leaderboard: whoever is on top gets bought. $NARC itself and USDC are never on it.
What's the minimum to qualify?
0.01% of the supply. Below that the gas would cost more than the drop, and the narc is cheap.
Where does the tax go, exactly?
Every buy and sell sends 5% to the treasury wallet in USDC. A small USDC reserve stays behind to pay gas; the rest is spent on the top 3 and dropped. The treasury address is public, so audit away.
Why every 30 minutes?
Often enough that holding feels like something is happening, rare enough that each drop is worth the gas. The schedule can change if the numbers say so.
